public class EppMessageHandler extends io.netty.channel.ChannelDuplexHandler
ChannelHandler that converts inbound ByteBuf to custom type EppResponseMessage and similarly converts the outbound EppRequestMessage to a ByteBuf. Always comes right before EppActionHandler in channel pipeline.
